This past Saturday I did the Kenpo workout, like I said I would, but I haven’t worked out since then. I know, my bad.
I slacked off a bit this week with homework and was scrambling to get stuff done, so I didn’t workout on Wednesday or Thursday. However, today I had the day off, so I did the same thing I did on Tuesday; sit ups, push ups, etc. and went for a two mile run (2.3 mile run to be exact. My time improved a little bit, to about 8.47 minutes a mile. Tomorrow I think I;m going to do the Kenpo workout from P90X and perhaps go on another run Sunday.
You’re now stocked on veggies and fruits but… how long will they last?
In addition to storing your fruits and veggies properly, it’s good to know approximately how long the fresh stuff will last. Plan your trip to the grocery or farmer’s market accordingly so that your foods are at the peak of freshness when you plan to prepare them, and you’re not throwing away food that’s gone bad before you get a chance to use it!

SO GOOD (but don’t forget to mash it up a little or else it’ll end being just fried broccoli x)
